The ever-changing world of wireless has embedded itself into our daily lives in ways that would have been considered science fiction just a few years ago.

With the propagation of the 802.11 standard, more and more devices use the unlicensed RF band as their transmission medium of choice. The increasing use of wireless enabled healthcare devices, Wireless Voice over IP, Bluetooth enabled handhelds, and other enterprise network applications require carefully engineered solutions.

Here is a list of the wireless services we offer to all of our customers:

• Detailed Site Survey
• Infrastructure analysis
• Procurement, delivery, and installation of all materials required to achieve an industry standard wireless system
• Network and security configurations
• Set up, test, and staging of the complete wireless system in the INS Group Lab for a minimum of 72 hours on all Access Points to ensure 100% up time on the first day of service
• Pre-installation customer walk-through at INS Group Lab facilities
• Post-installation verification of RF cell coverage including tuning and adjustments as needed
• Inspection of installed infrastructure by both a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD), and Cisco Certified engineers

INS Group engineers will return each year or as required at no charge to re-certify and report on the wireless area of coverage.
